What’s interesting is how universal this is. Across industries, cultures, and communities, people aren’t just looking for strategy or authority; they’re looking for connection. The best leaders don’t just set goals—they inspire confidence, create trust, and turn uncertainty into possibility.

This makes me feel so united with so many cultures right now. At the end of the day, we’re more alike than different. We all want to feel like tomorrow can be better than today. And the leaders who give us that belief? They’re the ones who truly make an impact.
